Lab Series Skincare for Men Makeover Session - Meet the Winners

Ram Gopal Raj, 27, was nominated by his girlfriend, Wong Yee Teng. The cute couple were all smiles when they arrived.

According to Wong, she nominated her boyfriend because his clothes were still being selected by his mother! Though Ram thinks that piece of news is neither peculiar nor amusing, since it saves him time as he does not have to go shopping.

Ram showed up in a bright yellow tee shirt and a white pair of shorts with blue horizontal stripes, and a pair of shoes that had long outlived it's wearability.

"I love this pair of shoes, and I still wear it eventhough it's so worn out." said Ram, who told us that he loved patching up worn out items such as bags, shirts and shoes.

An interesting revelation indeed.

Ram's makeover session began with a facial from Lab Series Skincare for Men. The products used for Ram were the Lab Series Skincare for Men Multi Action Face Wash, Water Lotion, Instant Moisture Eye Gel, Instant Moisture Gel, Instant Moisture Mask and Invigorating Face Scrub.

Ram then headed off to Philosophy for Men for a wardrobe selection. He was adviced on the type of clothing that would suit him best.  Ram's wardrobe selection was themed 'A Touch Of Elegance', consisting of a velvet dark blue jacket with a peach colored t-shirt that created an elegant yet casual look that can also be worn during the day.

Ram then proceeded to have his hair restyled at La' Mode Coiffure by expert hairstylist Alex Lim, followed by a consultation session by Lim who advised Ram on the various Wella products, from Wella Professionals hair colors to Sebastian Professional range that he would need to maintain and care for his new hairstyle.

Almost there...

With Lim's help, Ram's frizzy long mane was transformed into a perfect straight and sleek do, transforming his appearance instantly. 

"I really enjoyed the entire process. I can't really pick a favorite moment, because the facial was really relaxing and I never had one before. The clothes were a new style to me. I really never would have tried it otherwise, and the hair was well, let's just say seeing myself with the new do was a pleasant surprise. I always wore a ponytail so seeing my hair down and straight was unusual." Ram says of the entire experience.
