A special glow

When Bernice Liu found out about the main ingredient in Nutox, she was a little perplexed.

Her first reaction was "What? There's bird's nest in this skincare?"

"I actually wondered if it was going to smell funny but of course, it doesn't," says the newly-signed Nutox ambassador.

Furthermore, she adds with a smile, "Everyone knows that bird's nest is good for you."

Overall, it took five years of research before Nutox Oxyfusion managed to encapsulate the BNest Collagen, which is extracted from 100% top-grade bird's nest, to counter ageing skin.

The product aims to significantly improve epidermis structure, help thicken skin and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. Liu enthuses that the Nutox range of products are lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin.

"It's very light and it goes right into your skin's pores," says Liu, adding that the product is suitable to be used in Hong Kong and Malaysia where the weather is humid. She found Nutox Oxyfusion works equally well in the freezing cold temperatures of Canada.

"I am very honoured to represent this skincare product," says Liu, whose favourite product is the Ageless Eye Refiner.

The actress confesses that there are days when she doesn't wear makeup.

"A lot of people say that a lot actresses look different when they don't wear makeup. I try to keep it as natural as I can and I'm still okay," states Liu with visible pride.

She shares that her beauty secret is simple: Water.

"Drink lots of water. Diet and exercise are also important. Obviously we need skincare products to give us that special glow."
