Quick-fix recipe to powerpack your day!
If you are planning to have some cereals for breakfast, why not kick start the day with a colourful makeover by introducing 1/4 cup of raisins, 2 tablespoon of nuts and 1/4 cup of sliced bananas.
You could throw in some strawberries and top up with milk or yoghurt. At work, treat yourself to either slices or orange or a tall glass of orange juice.
