Eddie Murphy ties the knot on New Year’s Day

Eddie Murphy married his girlfriend Tracey Edmonds on New Year’s Day, Digital Spy reports.

The couple have been dating since early 2007.
Murphy, who already has five children with his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, had a daughter with Scary Spice Melanie Brown last year. Meanwhile Edmonds, has two children from her 13-year marriage to singer Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds.
According to People magazine, the couple exchanged vows on a beach on a private island off Bora Bora. Congratulations to the couple!
Lee Ryan arrested for assault

Former Blue member, Lee Ryan, was arrested for alleged assault on a taxi driver on New Year’s Eve.

According to The Sun, the 24-year-old singer was travelling to a party when he was involved in a minor traffic accident.
He then allegedly lost his temper and the taxi driver called his operator, who contacted the police.
A spokesperson for Surrey police said: “He (Lee Ryan) has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.”
