Nine Month

Nine months is one of the most hilarious movies I have ever seen. Currently being screened on HBO. Robin Williams, Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore were at their peak in this movie The most hilarious scene was at the delivery room.

All humor and besides being in stitches, the movie carries a  lot of weight when the rubber meets the road for men when they are having their first baby. Here the guy will have to give up his usual time out with the guys, spend more time with his partner, read up all about having the baby and literally change his life to accommodate for the new life that will come into the family.

It can be very difficult for a man when having a baby psychologically. Physically it's a huge burden on the woman but emotionally it can be a huge stress for the man who have to make drastic changes to his lifestyle.

The joy of having them and seeing them grow

But its worth it all, when you have that first baby, shop for his or her new room and set it up, see him or her grow, support in resources, emotion and time until they are all fully grown up to fly away. Even then, you will always be there for them when they  need you.

Hmmm.... the joys of life cannot be complete until you learn to sacrifice in order to receive.
