Heath Ledger's bar to open this week

On Sept 15, Digital Spy reports that the bar bought by the late Heath Ledger is set to open this week.

The venture was equally shared between the actor and Jud Mongell. It is named Five Leaves.

Mongell revealed that the Dark Knight star planned to be involved in the running of the bar before he passed away in January.

"He was fingerprinted for a liquor licence… he was going to DJ, bartend; he was not like some removed investor. At one point he put a bid in on the whole building. He was going to live upstairs," Mongell said.
