What is it?
MegaLips VelvetShineI Nuovi Professional’s new MegaLips VelvetShine is a 2-in-1 lip colour and gloss that offers metallic colour on one end and shiny gloss on the other. It claims to offer a long lasting, metallic finish that gives the ultra-shiny plumped lips look.
The verdict?
I like how easily the gloss glides on my lips but the same thing can't be said about the lip colour. It's gooey, so applying it isn't as smooth as I would want it to be. The lip colour also looks too metallic for my liking. Love the cocoa butter flavour though and one application of VelvetShine does last a long time.
